Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During high-volume periods such as launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Unless your purchase includes a preorder or restock item, your order will ship within the timeframe listed above. Orders that include preorder or restock items will ship according to the estimated timeframe specified on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Girlfriends Ink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Girlfriends Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
